NOTE:
1. Please be aware that some areas may have additional customs tax fees. It's important to consider these costs and make sure you're prepared to cover them. We want to avoid any situations where the goods aren't received due to unpaid tax fees. If the order is returned to us without prior notification, we won't be able to issue a refund.

We do not support order cancellations or refunds for any orders that have been successfully paid via PayPal. We kindly ask you to carefully review your order before making the payment.

We only accept RETURNS in cases where there is an error from the manufacturer, such as a product defect or incorrect delivery. We do not support EXCHANGES.
Here are some important guidelines to follow regarding returns:
1. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues. After this deadline, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
2. We kindly request that you provide an unboxing video as evidence for all return requests. We are unable to assist in cases where there is no authentic unboxing video available, regardless of the reason.
After receiving an exchange or return request that meets the above conditions, we will review it within 3 business days. We will then confirm whether your request has been approved or rejected.
For approved cases that fall under our exchange or return policy, we will issue a refund using the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees and any additional fees, apart from the product value, will not be refunded. The refund will be processed within 7 days from the time the product is returned.

It is important to note that we reserve the right to refuse to continue with the refund process if the complaint processing time exceeds 20 days.
*Please ensure that you regularly check your messages and emails after submitting a request to stay updated on the progress of your case. -
1. Accessory products (such as bags, hats, socks), underwear, mascots,...
2. Products that have been discounted or are part of promotional programs.
3. Products that are no longer in their original packaging (tag lost, smelly, damaged, used/washed,...)
4. Products that were selected in the wrong size.
*We strongly advise you to refer to the size chart carefully or reach out to us via Instagram, Facebook, or email for size advice before making a purchase.
5. Orders with incorrect shipping information or orders where the wrong product was selected.
*Please ensure that you double-check your order details before completing your purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors in the information provided. -
NOTE: Please do not return any items / refuse to receive the products without our confirmation. We will not issue any refund or return under this circumstance.
1. Please return the product to us using shipping services such as FedEx, DHL, EMS.
2. Please update us with the tracking number so we can follow up with the shipment.
3. Please DO NOT send the package under COMMERCIAL GOOD and choose the Gift/souvenir category to avoid customs tax. If any chances the customers do not follow this instruction and a customs fee is required, we will subtract this amount in the refund money to cover the fee.
4. Please include ALL shipping information and contact number as any missing information will result in unsuccessful delivery and the package might be returned to the original destination.
5. In case the shipment is lost in transit, STRESSMAMA does not take any responsibility for tracking and finding the package. Customers must take full responsibility for contacting the courier/custom and finding the shipment. No refund will be made until we successfully receive the package.
6. STRESSMAMA will initiate a refund only after successfully receiving the return order and verifying that the product is still in its original condition.
